You may have spent plenty of time thinking about the perfect valentines card, but if you are planning on having sex, have you spent enough time thinking about the perfect contraception?

FREE CONDOMS: What’s your excuse?!

Condoms are the best way to help protect yourself against sexually transmitted infections and can also prevent unwanted pregnancies. In Norfolk you can get FREE condoms and confidential advice about how to use them correctly from:

  • your nearest Connexions Centre
  • Family Planning Clinics
